We separate the document, the result of the tool and the choice of the model. The signature of the source helps check the path of the data.

Citation connects claym to the authorized fragment
Grounded responsable is convenient to view as a set of testables rather than as one indivisible paragraph. For each actual clam system, the source ID is stored and, if possible, the exact span/version. The location combination measures the percentage of claims with an acceptable reference, but does not prove the identity: the source can be indicated in the vicinity and does not confirm the wording. Clays without a source remain visible, not disappear from the denominator.
A reference to an existing but unissued document is considered inadmissible. An empty list of cryims requires a separate policy: in a training contract it is 1 because there are no untraceable allegations, but the dashboard also shows count 0 so that the value does not appear to be meaningful success.

Claim Map highlights the proposal, source version, source span and the result of a separate support check. Retrieval score does not replace the ground-basedness: the first is responsible for ranking the candidate, the second for the attitude of satisfaction to a particular statement. In a conflict between sources, the answer must show conflict or reject a categorical conclusion according to policy.
Scope of applicability.
Automatic claims itself makes mistakes, and lexical overlap easily misses rephrasing and denial. Citation control can be artificially raised by adding irrelevant links. Grounding documents does not guarantee the authenticity of the documents themselves; freshness, credibility, access rights and prompt injection are checked on other layers.
